Agreement to these Terms

By accessing the Bizzle Prints website, creating an account, requesting a quote, approving artwork, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not place an order or use services that require acceptance of these Terms.

Using the Bizzle Prints website

You agree to provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the website only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances for which Bizzle Prints is legally responsible.

Printing, branding, apparel, signs, gifts and custom work

Bizzle Prints may offer business printing, corporate branding, custom apparel, signs and displays, promotional products, gifts, personalization, artwork preparation, and related services.

Product images, mockups, descriptions, measurements, finishes, colors, materials, and examples are intended to help customers understand the product. Minor differences may occur between digital previews and finished goods due to screen settings, materials, print processes, manufacturing tolerances, lighting, and production methods.

Prices and quotations

Prices shown on the website may change from time to time. Custom work may require a separate quotation based on quantity, material, size, finishing, artwork, production method, delivery, and other requirements.

Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid only for the period shown on the quote and may be revised if specifications, quantities, artwork, delivery requirements, taxes, duties, or supplier costs change before the order is confirmed.

Any taxes, duties, delivery fees, or other charges applicable to an order will be disclosed where required or added according to the final order specification.

Order confirmation and payment

An order is considered accepted when Bizzle Prints confirms the order or otherwise begins production after receiving any required payment, deposit, artwork, specifications, or approval.

We may decline or cancel an order before production where necessary, including for pricing errors, unavailable materials, suspected fraud, prohibited content, payment problems, or inability to fulfill the requested specifications.

Payment must be made using a payment method accepted by Bizzle Prints. Where a deposit or advance payment is required, production may not begin until the required amount is received.

You are responsible for content you provide

When you submit logos, photographs, designs, artwork, text, trademarks, names, graphics, files, or other materials, you confirm that you own the content or have sufficient permission and rights to use it for the requested order.

You grant Bizzle Prints a limited permission to use, reproduce, resize, convert, adjust, prepare, and process submitted content solely as needed to quote, proof, produce, fulfill, support, or reproduce your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or organization.

Please review proofs carefully

Where a digital or physical proof is provided, you are responsible for checking spelling, names, numbers, dimensions, layout, colors, placement, quantities, logos, images, personalization, and other details before approval.

Bizzle Prints is not responsible for customer-approved errors that were visible in an approved proof, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Production times and acceptable variations

Production timelines are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed deadline in writing. Turnaround may begin only after required payment, artwork, information, and proof approval have been received.

Reasonable variations may occur in color, position, dimensions, material, texture, finishing, print density, stitching, embroidery, cutting, manufacturing, or quantity due to the nature of custom production.

Reorders may not be visually identical to earlier orders because materials, inks, production equipment, suppliers, and manufacturing batches can vary.

Delivery information

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delivery may be affected by courier operations, customs, weather, traffic, public holidays, incorrect address information, customer availability, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order where required.

Risk in the goods may pass according to applicable law and the delivery arrangement used for the order.

Changes and cancellation requests

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to accommodate the request where reasonably possible.

Custom, personalized, printed, embroidered, engraved, fabricated, or specially ordered products may not be cancellable once artwork preparation, purchasing, setup, or production has started.

If work has already been performed or costs have been incurred before a cancellation request, those costs may be deducted from any amount eligible for refund, subject to applicable law.

Custom products and defective orders

Because many Bizzle Prints products are produced to customer specifications, personalized items generally cannot be returned merely because the customer changes their mind, except where a right of return is required by applicable law.

If you believe an order is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the approved specification, contact us promptly after receipt and provide your order information and clear photographs or other evidence.

Where Bizzle Prints confirms a production error or qualifying defect for which we are responsible, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, reprinting, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Bizzle Prints website and creative materials

The Bizzle Prints name, website design, graphics, layouts, product presentations, original content, branding, and other materials owned by Bizzle Prints are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit Bizzle Prints materials without permission, except where allowed by law.

Customer-owned artwork remains the customer’s property, subject to the limited production permission described in these Terms.

Content and activities we may refuse

You may not use Bizzle Prints to create, upload, order, or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

We may refuse or cancel work where we reasonably believe the request violates law, third-party rights, these Terms, payment rules, security requirements, or our operational policies.

Service limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bizzle Prints is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed delivery, customer-supplied errors, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Force majeure and unexpected disruption

Bizzle Prints will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, which may include supplier failures, shortages, transportation disruption, natural events, utility or internet outages, labor disruption, government action, customs delay, or similar events.

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are intended to operate subject to the mandatory consumer, commercial, and other laws that apply to Bizzle Prints and the relevant transaction.

Before beginning formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact Bizzle Prints so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our website, products, services, processes, or legal requirements. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
